Nick has been immersed in the mobile and tech industries since 1996, starting out as a mobile tech journalist working on leading international B2B titles, and later as principal analyst at Informa Telecoms & Media (now Ovum), covering the mobile content, service and advertising space.
Nick has become one of the leading analysts in the messaging industry today, and is the person behind what has become the most used stat in mobile marketing and messaging: “90% of SMSes are read within 3 minutes”.
